Effective and efficient operation of your firearm is only one piece of the puzzle. Greater resilience and efficiency will not only increase your physical performance it will also decrease the strain on your body. While this course will focus and work primarily on your physical abilities by showing you how to train and the importance of training your physical abilities separately from your firearm. It will also show you how to incorporate your firearm into a training plan to obtain Peak Performance. - Quality Rigid Holster (Leather/Kydex)**
- Three Magazines
- Two Magazine Holsters
- Ammunition (300 rounds)
- Eye & Ear Protection
- Appropriate Attire
**For training safety concerns behind the back, cross draw, soft sided, collapsible hybrid and shoulder holsters will NOT be allowed in class. If students have pistols with single stack magazines, they should have the double amount required. If students are found to not meet the equipment requirements they will not be allowed to participate.
